I'm pleased to hear that Live at the Hollywood Bowl is finally being released on CD, apparently remixed and remastered from the original tapes. Although it is far from the greatest live album, I still really like how it captures the excitement of The Beatles live during the height of Beatlemania. The lads don't do a bad job performance-wise, given that they couldn't hear what they were playing.

I'm also glad to see that they are including 4 extra tracks, which were available on bootlegs (I have a very old vinyl one), as the original release was pretty short in terms of running time.

Looking forward also to the associated Ron Howard film about that touring era.

The remaster is much better. The crowd noise is reduced.
