xx Help finding a progressive musical act/band...
« Thread started on: Feb 6th, 2018, 5:51pm »

About 10 - 15 years ago, there was an act who released two CDs which were very much in the spirit of old Genesis.

(S)he/they went by a single word. There was a rumor that it was just one person (or primarily one person) from Yorkshire who composed and played all of the music.

Does anyone know the name of this act? I have been trying to remember and have had no luck.

Thanks in advance! smiley

Where did you come across them, another forum/podcast?

Unifaun by Sylvan & Bonamici came to being 10-15 years ago, but Sweden is a long way from Yorkshire.

I found out about the act/band on the old genesis-music.com forum back when that still existed.

The act is from the UK, and I'm 99% sure about the Yorkshire connection.

I just hope someone can recall it. smiley

There are now 3 Willowglass albums. Each of them is wonderful.

Unifaun, though, reeks of Genesis influence. Their one and only album was intended to be a tribute to the Genesis style of songwriting. I absolutely love the Unifaun album.
