His FB page has put up a post saying tonight and tomorrow's shows are rescheduled to late November.

According to the Team Rock website, 8 June tickets valid for 26 Nov, 9 June tickets for 27 Nov.

He slipped in his hotel room, fell and hit his head, and had to have stitches. Back on tour from Sunday.

(Apologies - I belatedly see I've just repeated what was on the original Mirror link!).

Really! We saw Phil on Wednesday and the concert was superb - a fantastic night with a fantastic artist. But, at the moment, he is an invalid - he struggled to reach his chair using a cane and needed a helping shoulder of support when he left the stage. If you have had any dealings with people struggling to walk you should know that falling over is a regular event and it often ends in bad knocks to the face and head. Drink certainly does not have to be involved.

Poor old Phil. Not dead yet - just concussed. sad

I sympathise with those that had tickets & have been rescheduled at the last minute, having had that experience with the Police & Fleetwood Mac - very frustrating it was too!

That's good, because this YouTube video looks like he had a bit of a shakey start on Against All Odds.
https://youtu.be/Oupe1xTO0UE
Not just the notes, the lyrics on the chorus are all over the place. Then strangely he mucks it up again on the following chorus.
It's one of his signature songs, surprised he could get so it so wrong. Hope someone reminds him what he needs to sing on Sunday.

I know everyone going to the show is loving it, and hand held videos on phones wouldn't do him justice, but for someone I've also thought to be such a perfectionist, this is a little difficult to watch.
Hoping he comes back strong again. Maybe this really should be a victory lap.
I don't know if I want to see him attempting a Genesis tour, the Turn It On Again show was a nice farewell for them and he'd clearly struggle with anything like Domino, Mama, Ripples, the list goes on...

I might be in the minority but I personally didn't think Phil sounded all that great when I saw him Wednesday night. While I did enjoy the show and was grateful to see him live, my initial thought after the show was "age and the stresses of the past few years has finally gotten to him". I don't feel very optimistic for any genesis reunion, like Bloke mentioned after hearing him at the show, I worry it would be too difficult to sing many of the Genesis songs we love.

I do wish Phil a speedy recovery thru his recent injuries!

I agree with you, although I trust we will still be in the minority but it gets to the point imo where how he sounds becomes secondary, I really hope he gets better and takes care of himself. I saw him in a couple of interviews recently and he looks frail beyond his age.
