After re-watching the music video for "In The Air Tonight", I noticed something new. At various points in the video, a white silhouette or Phil himself are seen standing by a window looking out. Outside the window is a waxing crescent moon in the upper right corner of the window. This imagery seems to highly resemble the cover art for Genesis's Duke album, where we see the same imagery with Albert. Is this just a coincidence, or is there something to this correlation?

Apart from the albums being recorded six months apart, and sharing a song, I don't think there is any other connection.

There wasn't much thought put behind the artwork for Duke. They just chose it because they liked it and it sort of fit.

I really think you're reading too much into it...
