Wow, what a significant date 24th June is in Genesis history! cool

In some ways it seems a long time ago for both events, but I still remember them both like it was only yesterday.

Trouble is I can't remember what I did yesterday grin

I still think it's sad that the show was part of the ATTWT tour and yet apparently they only played 4 songs from that album. shocked sad

Indeed. I believe that Tony was interested in playing Many Too Many on the 2007 TIOA tour, but that the other guys - Phil at least, I would guess - weren't. undecided

I'm glad they played Say It's Alright Joe during the Duke tour. smiley But a lack of Undertow is unfortunate.

I think that the Duke tour featured 3 songs from ATTWT - DITM, SIAJ and FYFM.

I had a ticket to go to Knebworth 78 with the lad in a covers band I played in at the time. I ended up not going as I only really liked one Genesis song the time - FYFM (despite my bass playing brother-in-law forcing Genesis down my throat at every opportunity).

And to cap it all it was my van they borrowed to travel down in.

I like more of the songs from that tour now to be fair, so in retrospect I wish I had gone.

And it's fair to say that even the non Genesis likers came back loving them.

I have never heard Undertow live from anyone.

I would love to hear G2 or Mama give it a bash wink
