"Adam and Eve" has really grown on me. It would be most other bands best album but is just a bit over-shadowed by the rest of their catalogue.

I knew you would like the tracks with the real rocky vocals (you know that's not Hasse don't you?) and the heavier stuff such as the title track. That's the influence of the guest singer they had on this album. He's "Daniel Gildenl÷w" from "Pain of Salvation".

I really like "Cosmic Circus"/"Babylon". You could put the latter on "Wind and Wuthering" and it would fit right in wink

The 2 epics are brilliant. I saw them on this tour and they played both of those and the entire "Truth Will Set You Free" shocked

I don't want to build "Flower Power" up too much but the fact is that "Garden of Dreams" is going to be the culmination of your Flower Kings journey this year. It is simply breathtakingly beautiful. The tracks on CD2 often get over-looked, but as Carl says, there are some wonderful tracks on there as well, some of which you know.

What date is your Birthday again?

My 49th year on this earth will be 6th August. I knew Carl and I must have had something in common besides our love of all things prog.

I'll be celebrating my birthday the same as I have for the past 5 years or so, and that's by going to the Orange County Classic Jazz Festival. http://www.oc-classicjazz.org/

My wife, mother and I will be staying at the Costa Mesa Hilton for 3 days enjoying all things jazz; ie, swing (a la Benny Goodman/Artie Shaw), dixieland, boogie woogie, ragtime and much, much more.

I look forward to saturating myself with this great form of music every year. There are so many wonderful musicians on this planet that never get the recognition they deserve.

Squonk ........ retiring disposition, ugly, cries all the time, when cornered it dissolves itself into tears cry

Nikki ........ too lively by far, not too bad laugh laugh laugh (i'm laughing as loud as you lot there!), only cries with laughter, when cornered will offer to buy everyone a beer and a curry! grin

True or False? wink

Oh yeah and another thing! You boys were very naughty and didn't tell me how fantastic Adam and Eve was!! shocked It's never going to be Unfold, or Stardust for me, but it's just fab! Drivers Seat! Wow! Vampires View! Very wicked!

Excuse me? Pardon? Er...didn't a certain Mr Smooth extoll its virtues endlessly? Didn't a certain Chester Chessman say 'it's a great album, my favourite single disc album by TFK!' remorselessly?

Oh woe is me! You don't even remember me do you?

What a coincidence eh? So you are 364 days older than me! Amazing! Of course, Leos are always great people and I'm sure others on this forum already know that and worship us accordingly! smiley
