No, I didn't think so either wink

Women, eh? Kuh! grin - actually, how do you spell that sound? I've never, ever tried to write it grin

How was the family do oop North Nikki?

grin Family do was a laugh! Cheers Nov!
Had to get fairly pissed though to cope with all the other halfs relatives!
Mind you, so did he! grin
laugh I thought the thing about Rush was hilarious to be honest! So true as well! If pressed I'd probably insist that the 30th anniversary dragon was the 4th member or something so that they could be top in a 4 piece poll! laugh
I think my Rush obsession is bordering on Nov and TFK
levels!!! wink

It is you know. I was just acquainting myself with An Ordinary Night In My Ordinary Life last night as a matter of fact-- some really nice flourishes and orchestrations worthy of Banks and Emmo without being quite so derivative as others might have done. Stolt's guitar work is actually quite tasty too.

Alright you lot!
Ok! All this stuff about the new album sounds very excellent to be sure! grin
But what's really giving me a complex is you two!
Carl and Nov! wink
Giving me a hard time in the power trio thread on the other place! laugh wink
Spurs hammer Watford! cry
Now Everton beat Arsenal! cry
Not good! wink It's a conspiracy!
Infamy, infamy, they've all got it in for me!!! wink
Just going to play Instant Delivery, gaze at Hasse for a bit, and cheer myself up!!! laugh wink

So it's all coming out now! Hasse eh? You like the long haired look. I thought he did well to get into third place on The X Factor by calling himself Ben, didn't you? wink

Seriously, I think he's wonderful too, albeit in a slightly different manner.
As for Everton beating Arsenal, well, we need the points to get into Europe. You are already there, and the good thing is that Liverpool only drew against Villa, so you are still above them, and have a game in hand! (So stop complaining Young Lady!)
We just have to catch Bolton now, to get fifth place. (Of course, with our track record of inconsistency, we are bound to lose our next three games now!)
Don't recall giving you a hard time in the power trio thread though, did I? Oh, you mean my comments about you being 'quite a big fan'. Hee hee. Sorry chuck.
Oh, and while we're at it (ooer!), talking about Instant Delivery - is your DVD player a standard one?
I want to get Instant Delivery next, but I had read somewhere that it won't play on a standard machine.
Don't want to fork out for something I can't use.
Cheers,
Carl cheesy

Sorry gooner, but as I said to Nikki; you are still in third place, ahead of Liverpool and still with a game in hand, so your position is fine. (And I hope you do finish above 'the old enemy' as far as I'm concerned.)

And we can still get fifth place, if we're lucky. But sixth will do us at a push. (Watch us drop to tenth now!) grin

What did you think about Roine's comments on this year's TFK album?

Yes, a good result for us. But we are still too inconsistent. Take away Johnson and Cahill, and we struggle at times.
As for Roine's comments, see the one I left above your post. (Along the lines of: 'Sounds awful, think I'll give it a miss.) grin

Of course, it's great news, and that album will be one of my few 'must buys' this year. But at the moment, I am happy playing the hell out of Alive On Planet Earth and Meet The Flower Kings. Both are absolutely superb. cheesy

Oh, I asked on The Garden Of Dreams forum if anyone knew anything about Robert Engstrand, and why TB wasn't playing on the American disc of AOPE.
Apparently he was too busy, and it turns out he was going through his second divorce at the time.
Seems Engstrand has played with a few different artists, and is highly regarded. And he is only thirty now!

I know that game just sums up our season , dominate games but we haven't got that killer instinct and we get punished late on , hapened against PSV and Blackburn , hence no trophies this season. rolleyes

Anyway had an e-mail from play.com that PH is on it's way grin grin

Oh no! You haven't ordered that have you? Tut, tut. Now you will have to spend weeks with a pair of headphones welded to your ears, so you can feed your addiction endlessly!

Oh, there's Welsh now, isn't it? Surprised you don't support Cardiff then!
(Do you have a fetish about Sheep, by the way? Or do sheep have a fetish about you?)
To paraphrase that famous Gary Newman song:
Do sheep dream of electric Nikkis?

Seriously, thanks for the info on your DVD player. Ours is a bog standard Sanyo, so it should hopefully be fine. Methinks I will be ordering Instant Delivery in the next couple of weeks. (Pay day on Monday!)

Cheers!
