I was lucky enough to meet Dave and Kitty at Calprog in (I think) 2008 when I was over in LA on a course. An amazing experience smiley

Hope you make it over there wink

I am with you there Carl.

I too am never one to rush to buy or listen to new albums, even by my favourite artists. The same goes for when new movies come out.

After all, as Phil Collins once said; "anticipation is half the fun" wink grin

That's how I am too -- except when it comes to The Flower Kings. wink

Do let us know when you get it, and what you think of it. I'd be very interested in hearing your opinion Nov, being that your enthusiasm for TFK is what led to me becoming a fan all those years ago. grin

Can't say I'd really noticed Nov's enthusiasm, to be honest. He's certainly hidden it really well. I thought he was just a casual fan who could take them or leave them...is it actually true Nov? Do you rate them quite highly after all? shocked ..........................

Well, bugger me, fancy that! laugh

Thanks for your kind words.

It plopped on my doormat this morning and I am literally on my first listen right now wink

Obviously I am loving the sound of what I am hearing but as usual it's going to take a few listens to digest and get used to it to decide just how good it is.

It is certainly sounding fantastic wink

I'm eating my words regarding my negative comments upon hearing the sound samples from the album. Now that I've spun it numerous times (both discs), it's definitely their best in years.

That's great to hear David - I was getting worried there for a while wink

What's "Shadowland"?

Is there a 3-disk version that I don't know about? grin

Apparently Shadowland is on Flower Power and is one of the 18 tracks that make up the epic Garden Of Dreams.

Ahh! Thanks for that Dave. I should have realised that but when I listen to GOD I listen to it in it's entirety, and I tend to forget each section has it's own title. Silly me! embarassed
