Now playing:

Retropolis

Earlier played:

Back In The World Of Adventures

It's great to hear these classics again after an admittedly long break. cheesy

I certainly did enjoy!

Today, I've played: Adam & Eve

I'd forgotten just what a good epic Drivers Seat is, and Blade Of Cain rounds off the album magnificently.
It also has three of my favourite 'short' Flower Kings songs on it - Cosmic Circus, Babylon and Starlight Man.
What a stunning trio! cool

Indeed, both Drivers Seat and Love Supreme are great epics, and two of my favorite songs ever. And they're pretty unlike most of their other long songs, interestingly enough. Adam & Eve is an underrated CD in my opinion.

I agree. I know for a lot of fans it's their least favourite TFK album, but I have had it as high as third in my TFK list before now. I think the tracks many fans aren't keen on are A Vampire's View and the title track. Personally, I enjoy both. (A Vampire's View would go down well on stage, imo, it has that sort of big musical/operatic feel to it.)

It also boasts one of my favourite TFK album covers too. cool

Today it's the turn of the wonderful live album, Alive On Planet Earth.
Currently playing disc one. Disc two will surely follow. wink

I'm pretty sure that Lucius is going and there are sure to be some others from this forum.

I would have gone but I've been asked to play in a memorial football match that day in London and I can't turn that down because of who it's for.

I'll be at the London gig on the Monday.

Nah, crap, don't bother even opening it. Send it back and get something decent. Will Young's latest is supposed to be terrific. lipsrsealed
