Got a lot of Jethro Tull to listen to, but i thought I'd start the day with Adam & Eve cool

Excellent album, not sure why i left this to the very end of my aquisitions, but anyway.... it hasn't failed to impress cool

That always happens. You don't play a TFK album for a while, then, when you do, you remember just how good they are.
A most excellent choice. wink

Another good choice. One of my favourites. Let's face it, TFK never fail to impress.

I've played it at least twice a day since I got it and I'm beginning to learn the tracks. In The Eyes of The World is still favourite at the moment.

Thank you so much for introducing me to this wonderful music. kiss

This is all music to my ears Heather wink

I love most of "Adam and Eve" but I just don't think I'm ever going to warm to the title track, "Vampire's View" or "Timelines" (apart from the glorious bluesey build-up in the middle).

The rest is excellent and accounts for at least an old LPs length of time in old money wink

Yes, another new person! (Won't be able to breathe in here soon, far too crowded. We need some sort of air conditioning!)

Great to see all this new blood. (As Dracula said to his harem...) grin

TFK albums always sound great when you have not heard them for a while. Listened to Retropolis last week and it was the first time I had played it for a few months and it sounded brilliant

Couldn't agree more David. I always say the same. Absence obviously makes the heart grow fonder in this particular case. I always tend to notice something extra in the music that I previously missed.
Amazing really. shocked

Thanks Nov that would be great. kiss

I'm debating whether to buy Space Revolver or Back in the World of Adventures first..........give me another couple of days and it'll probably be both!! grin

I've already lined up a couple of people I'm going to convert - I'll let you know how I get on.

OK.

I'll do it in a couple of weeks or so.

To me, these are the best 2 single TFK albums and absolutely crammed with classics.

There's another epic on "WoA" called "Big Puzzle" that Nikki fell in love with. It is glorious.

Here's a clip: http://www.flowerkings.se/audio/big_puzzle.mp3

Good eh?

Space Revolver is my absolute favourite TFK album and means so much to me.

I'd say get both (of course) wink

Wonderful.

Like I always say, all it needs is someone sensitive to this kind of music with an open mind to hear new stuff and they cannot fail to enjoy TFK because they are the best exponents of this since Genesis and Yes (IMHO).

Anyway, good luck with the people you've identified for TFK indoctrination grin
