The one problem with the LIMITED EDITION copy is that the second disk DVD portion, about 20+ minutes of in-studio 'making of' footage, is missing on the disc. It doesn't exist at all.

Regarding the videos (2) on the bonus disc -

I just found out that they're QuickTime videos and will only play on your computer, not your DVD player.

Please note, The videos will NOT automatically play when you load the CD into your computer. You will have to "Look" for the file containing the videos.

Insert the CD, then, on your PC, go to "My Computer," right click on the CD's icon, then choose the EXPLORE option to view the files of the CD, and it will show the icons for the two Quicktime videos.

The videos are Quicktime 7. If you don't have the latest QuickTime application, go to Quicktime.com to download the latest edition of the player so that you may watch them on your computer.

Since there's music on the CD, once you insert the disc into your computer, TRACK 1 will automatically start playing. To watch the videos, you'll have to shut off the song by turning off the program that allows you to listen to the songs. Then you'll be able to watch the videos by clicking on their individual icons.

I haven't watched them yet, as I'm going to go have some lunch, but plan on watching them this afternoon cool

Okay...I've been able to locate and pull up, on my computer, both videos on disc 2 from Sum Of No Evil LIMITED EDITION.

I've yet to see the second video, but the first one is 10 minutes long and focuses on all band members, primarily on Zoltan. He kicks drum ass in the studio and talks about what it's like recording with TFK again.

I have the videos saved to my DESKTOP. If anyone knows how to move QuickTime videos (not internet linked) to this thread, I'd love to post them here for those who aren't getting the LIMITED EDTION.

I've tried in vain for hours to get them on here, but they don't transfer. Is there a way to give them a hyperlink? I even tried saving them to PHOTOBUCKET, but they can only be 5 minutes each max, and they're both over 10 minutes. If there was a way to cut them in half and post them, then that would work too.

Any computer buffs out there?

Right, last post for a few days (I'm back next Tuesday from, er, where-ever).

I'll try and find a copy of TSONE over the weekend coz I'm sure not getting one in the post anytime soon cry

Anyway, enjoy the album guys and the gigs Nikki and I'll be back next week.

I've listened to TSONE 6 times now, and I can't get enough. You know how it takes a few listens of a new album to have it grow on you? Well, this was from the get-go. It gets better and better. Everyone kicks ass on this one. There is such a great depth to the music.

The studio they recorded at in Sweden had a lot of 1970s era instruments for the band to use, and, for this reason, the album has a great progginess that is so reminiscent of the many wonderful bands that came to be in that era.

The lyrics have a seriousness to them, as do many of Roine's songs on past albums. Very much about love and peace and understanding.

The story goes that Roine wanted to entitle the album "LOVE," but he had read where McCartney and Ringo were planning on using that title for their latest Beatles release, so he came up with "The Sum Of No Evil," which translates loosely to LOVE.

Methinks I'll have to wait quite a while to receive the new FK album. Gosh, what a nuisance Postal strikes are! (Or words to that effect...)

Meanwhile, I've been playing:

The Rainmaker (three times!)
Paradox Hotel (both discs)
Alive On Planet Earth (both discs)
the last couple of days.

What a strange universe this is...there must be a better one - one without the diabolical Chessman in it!
(Beware, The Jester Cometh!)

Lovely tumbleweeds in here to welcome me back.

Looks like I won't be going to see TFK either...got two family parties in November, and guess when one of them is? Both in Preston too. Still, I won't have to dress up for those, I hope!

Well? Where are my adoring fans? All hiding in a darkened computer somewhere, waiting to jump out and shout 'boo!' I expect.
Er...hello? Anyone there?

Oh bugger! embarassed Goodbye cruel world...

You have exquisite taste, Sir! My favourite FK album, and my second fave album of all time, just behind The Lamb. I love both discs equally.
Pyschedelic Postcard is probably my favourite FK track, full stop. (But how can I go against 'Garden Of Dreams?)
By the way, Colin, I've been playing 'Watch' by MMEB a lot lately. Funnily enough, when I got those cds off you, that was my least fave. Now it's maybe my fave - it's grown on me a lot. Cheers! wink

Am I the only person here who's had a chance to listen to TSONE? It's now become my favorite TFK album, and my wife loves it too. She even says that TFK are now her current favorite group. The album is definitely going to be tough to beat.

ALBUM OF THE YEAR! is what I want to see on all prog sites.

Like I said in a previous post, I'd love to be able to move the videos on disc 2 to this site, but I just can't figure out how to do it. They're probably too big, memory-wise.

If any of you have been listening to TSONE please post here what you think.
