OK, while we wait for the new album, I thought I'd listen to the Swedish Family's Vintage Prog again.

My God this stuff is friggin' awesome cool I'd venture to say, better than Paradox Hotel, by a country mile......but I guess that's another debate smiley

This is so good. smiley

Another one for me to invest in one day. It's a terrible business, all this good music that is being produced today!
Next purchase is going to be the new TFK album though. Got to keep things in perspective! cheesy

I was thinking before of TFK's wonderful versions of Genesis songs. I believe they have also done a cover or two of Yes songs. I would love to hear how well they nailed those!
Maybe one day, on a bonus disc, they could include their Yes tributes.
It's amazing how a band who have such strong material of their own can still manage to be so hot on cover versions as well.
But then, TFK are an amazing band, we all know that. wink

Well, today I played The Road Back Home, both discs, for the first time. It took a sizeable chunk out of my afternoon, I can tell you! But it made my Sunday very pleasant indeed!
Of course, it will take a few more plays to really appreciate all the new mixes and extra solos and vocals and things, but first impressions are very favourable indeed! I loved it!
