Just joking mate!
You know what you like wink, and you know what you don't like! Sadly The Flower Kings seem to have fallen into the latter category! shocked cry
God knows why though cos they're brilliant! grin
If we all liked the same stuff ......well ........ there'd be bugger all to argue over would there! laugh
Nov is very passionate about the band, but i'm sure he'll take a deep breath before replying to your post wink grin Of course he may not and just have a rant anyway! wink Just kidding!

Now there you go!
I'll happily listen to The Beatles and Crowded House, both are great of course!
But i wouldn't go out and buy anything by them shocked
There's not enough cash for all the stuff i love!
Certainly not the Beatles cos my sister who is quite a bit older than me, has everything they ever released, original, bought when they were released!
That's irrelevant of course, but just thought i'd mention it to show off! wink laugh rolleyes

So you lot!
Here's a question for ya!
The TFK tour is announced, we all get tickets for whatever UK gigs we are able to get to obviously!
Just suppose they are playing Tilburg ....... this venue seems to be very special to TFK ......... it's on a Saturday night ....... you have no prior commitments ........ other half is a god/goddess and has no objection to you going .... whaddya do .....? wink
If you want to guess my answer, don't forget i do have a degree in stating the bleedin obvious grin

Apparently they are planning a European tour for November which is great coz that's reasonably free for me at the moment (apart from G2 at Charterhouse on the 3rd).

I'll see what dates there are in the UK first (probably 3 at the most) and then see what are any feasible European dates. I certainly would consider a Tilburg date if it all fell nicely into place.

By the way, I took my boy to see Spurs play Torino today for his first big game. Spurs won 2 - 0 but it's such a faff getting there and back for 90 minutes football. I'm soooo much more into going to concerts than footy matches wink

Well, watched my new dvd for the first time today. It does have a tenous link with TFK: Transatlantic - Live In Europe.
Only watched it once so far, but it's pretty decent, though I wish Roine played a more prominent role. The other three tend to dominate proceedings more. But then again, he is a shy chap, and the others certainly aren't!
On the bonus disc there is an amazing version of 'Shine On You Crazy Diamond' which I watched three times in a row - it just blew me away. Not surprisingly, Roine is the dominant one on that. (Not that I'm biased in any way!) wink
