Votum - Metafiction
The bass and drum interplay is remarkable with voxs to die for. An excellent follow up album to "time must have a stop"
Polish prog is awesome!

Steve Hackett - Out Of The Tunnel's Mouth
Played the first disc earlier, now listening to the bonus disc. (Some rubbish called Firth of Fifth, I think. )
The main disc is getting better and better with each listen, though my favourites are still Fire On The Moon and Ghost In The Glass. So far...

Now playing a copy of:
The Eagles - Long Road To Eden
Which a friend lent to me.
There are a couple of tracks I'm not too keen on, but overall, it's a fine return to form imo.

This is a fabulous double album. There really isn't a stinker in the bunch. Amazing sound quality as well.

I got my mate to burn it to a single cd for me. There was about four songs I didn't rate on the album, so I've had them left off and burnt all the others in their correct running order, first disc one, then disc two. It's the best thing they've done for years, imo. (It could be said the only thing they've done for years!) I'd love to see a reunion though; just a small concert featuring the original four, maybe with Don Felder as well. It could be filmed and a dvd released. I'd love to hear the old stuff again.

Fish Karma - Halloween in America
Those of you who know Nedd from the old forum will be interested to know he plays guitars, bass, and produced this album. Fish Karma is hard to describe. He sounds like a cross between Dylan on a bad day and a hungry cat yowling. But his lyrics are wickedly funny, very political, and sharp as a razor's edge. Nedd is a pretty fine guitarist, too. It's not for everybody, but here's the title track as a sample.
