Top notch Mozo.

Right, everyone else. Now that we're going 'cold turkey' after the UK shows, what better way to cheer yourselves up than to grab a ticket for the Convention at the end of August? Should be one of the best yet, if we keep the atmosphere going from Old Trafford and Twickers. So, pop along to http://www.genesis2007.co.uk and get the best value that 35 quid can buy! cool

Cheers

Hey, how about people wearing 'Krissy's Genesis Forum'-style I.D. badges, as in 'Hi! My name's DeadGrateful' or whatever. Going by past weekends in Glasgow, I'll probably need a badge to remember either my real name or my forum name by the end of it... tongue tongue

I think Staples do a badge kit for corporate conventions, they're like cardboard ones you write your name on when you sign in.

They should be nice and cheap, I'll investigate wink

Hi Doug,
I have found a pin badge with cardboard insert that everyone can write their name, which forum & forum name, nickname, etc. on.

There's 50 in a pack and I think I can get them for a 10 each, let me know how many you think we'll need.

Hi Oz

Sounds great. We'll probably need in the region of 300 (fingers crossed!!!), which makes a total of 60 quid. Seems quite a lot. I'll have a hunt around for something similar too. It may be that that's the going rate for thsi type of thing.

Cheers

Hi all

Thanks to Ant Phillips and Genesis, who have been very kind to donate it, we're going to be putting Tony's original Leslie Cabinet up for auction at the Genesis Convention on 25th/26th August. This is a true one-off item, which was made for Tony by then band member John Mayhew and was used at gigs during that early period.
Thanks also go to Alan Hewitt, for helping to make this happen.
More details to follow, but if you're intersted, get yourself a ticket to come along and catch a piece of Genesis history. cool

Cheers

Doug

Why don't you sell them at 50p each then that would pay for them?
Many ways to skin a cat eh Doug
