I couldn't make up my mind between Eve and Eye In The Sky. So, I flipped a coin. Eve it is. cool

First album was such a unique experience and something very different at the time (1976). It still has a great atmosphere and some of the best songs written and produced by the APP. Fall of the House of Usher is still an immense piece of music. I Robot is a close second.

Interesting how our views differ. To my ears, Eve is only surpassed by Stereotomy as the weakest APP album.

I actually really like their pop albums. In fact, to me, they're not a progressive rock group. They're a rock/pop group with some progressive rock elements. I pretty much like everything they've done. But here's the weird part - Tales Of Mystery And Imagination is actually one of my least favourite albums from them. shocked

Stereotomy is quite unusual for its strong 80s sound with all the synths and its fusion influences. Since I like both in general it's not too hard to guess that would be my fave album. grin

I like Eve too. But I know that it is generally rated as one of their weaker efforts. undecided

'Turn of a Friendly Card' for me.

Followed by 'I Robot'.

All are mostly great albums though.
