My top 5 changes from week to week and month to month as well (and I changed my mind whilst typing this list out!) but currently:

=1 Firth of Fifth, The Cinema Show
(I'm going to have real problems deciding when the polls get round to SEBTP!)

3 Mad Man Moon
4 Entangled
5 Home by the Sea / Second Home by the Sea

Ask me on another day, and the list might just contain Afterglow, Blood on the Rooftops, The Carpet Crawlers, Duchess, Guide Vocal, The Lamia, Anyway....

But not, I'm afraid to say, Supper's Ready.

I know, I know....burn the witch!!! wink

Questioning the polls or being disappointed because OUR song didn't win or even made it second seems with all due respect a bit strange to me.

Looking at your top 5, perhaps the only surprise was Entangled not winning ATOTT. Respectfully, The Lamb and The Lady Lies stood no chance.

Yes - but I'll still stick to the fact that not enough people voted to get the true results!!!! grin
If 200 instead of 20 voted each time I just know Entangled would have won AND The Lamb would have been Top 2!!!

I'll let you off with The Lady Lies as I know that's not as popular!! embarassed

True, it is a very, very small sample but even with a larger one there's no way to say what the outcome would have been, maybe IT final winner....

Ok Top3 then - but it has already reached Top 3 in the poll so...

It sold a lot and it was very popular, I should hope not but you were advocating for a broader poll, it could happen wink

3. Dodo/Lurker
4. Stagnation
5. Behind the Lines+Duchess

Honorable mentions: The Lamb title track, Musical Box, Down and Out, Me and Sarah Jane, Looking for Someone, No Son of Mine... Argh! There's too many!

Duke's Travels/End
The Cinema Show
Driving The Last Spike
Vancouver
The Lamia

Like others - in no particular order. If I listened to any of the above five it would go straight to the top of my list, and stay there until I heard another! tongue

And now I have to go away and wrestle with my conscience on about 59 others I have omitted. cry

Way too many faves to pick only five, so I'll boil it down to this:

1. Firth of Fifth
2. Firth of Fifth
3. Firth of Fifth
4. Firth of Fifth
5. Firth of Fifth

LOL. You sure you don't want to add "Tell Me why" to that list? wink

1 - Watcher, Firth, Harold, Epping, Hogweed, Supper, Cinema
2 - Harlequin, Cage, Endos, Moonlit Knight
3 - Seven Stones, Fountain, NYC
4 - Everything else before -79
5 - Everything after -80

I know it's cheating, but I just couldn't...
