The funny thing is, this thread was started in 2007 by Richard, who actually didn't state that it had to be Genesis lyrics only, and progressed with us all adding different band lyrics with no thought of it being a problem! This was way before anyone pedantic joined the forum!

Sincere apologies if this offends anyone, that's certainly not my intention...

The actual line in Aqualung is:

"Watching as the frilly panties run."

But for the longest time, I kept hearing it as:

"Watching as the pretty Packis run."

(leading me to think that perhaps old Aqualung had a particular fondness for young East Indian girls)
