Totally agree if you go to gigs you should shut the f**k up and not spoil it for anyone else angry
This happened at Genesis gig in Old Trafford in 2007. angry

Old Trafford was the absolute low point of my concert going. The absolute worst gig barr none.
I got to see the Twickenham gig but it didn't really make up for the idiots at Manchester. angry

Audience were very appreciative but I found I was really annoyed at the lack of respect from a section of the booze filled crowd who were talking and laughing during Galadriel and a lot of the other songs. Something that James T and my friends agreed was becoming a major problem at gigs today with so much booze being consumed. I was being pushed every 10 seconds by people going to the bar or toilet and then coming back. Spoiled the evening a bit. Strange thing is that at the Manchester gig it was all seated and you could hear a pin drop plus there was no alcohol consumed in the venue. No doubt where the problem lies. Why people pay a lot of money for a ticket and then treat the venue like a pub is beyond me. I give my full respect to musicians and wonder why others simply cannot refrain from making an arse of themselves by their troglodyte behaviour through excessive alcohol and complete ignorance for the musicians and those who paid money to watch a performance. I feel like giving up now and may begin to select gigs based on seated venues.

Afraid not, the real Neddy would have had more patience, prayed to God to strike them dumb and scream "I'm done diddly doodly done doing this anymore" grin

I think getting a little old makes me less tolerant than I once was but I feel that the trend of treating a concert hall like a pub is becoming more widespread and guess I am getting to that point where I simply cannot be bothered anymore. The cinema experience is becoming just as bad also. I would be curious for anyone to say they can enjoy a gig with so much distractions around you.

Poland next week!

I was invited to go because I made a drawing of Eddie Jobson and he wanted to use it on t-shirts and so on.. so as payment I got free plane-tickets and concert-tickets for all the three upcoming UK reunion concerts in Poland starting in Krakow on the 3rd of November.. then Warzawa on the 4th.. and then the last gig in Bydgoszcz on the 5th.

John Wetton and Tony Levin will join in.
This is going to be AWESOME!!! cheesy
