Just seen the price of the Elton John and Ray Cooper gig going for around 190. Do these people not know there is a credit crunch at the moment? Shocking price for someone clearly well past his sell by date and I am a big fan of the EJ classic years.

I'm a big fan of both EJ and Ray Cooper, and have seen them numerous times, but I would never pay such an exorbitant price to see them again. Shame...... undecided

DM,i got good seats at 60 and even the ones at 45 aren't a bad view either, however that's probably down to the lay out of the NIA where wherever you sit it's a pretty decent view. Also their set list is quite extensive, should be a good two hours plus so that softens the blow of the ticket price. smiley

The best part about a Fleetwood Mac gig is the chemistry between Lindsay and Stevie. Lindsay's guitar picking technique is also very captivating....no, amazing!

Mick is also fun to watch. His facial expressions are entertaining, to say the least. John McVie has a horrible onstage presence, the guy doesn't move at all.

Yep, Lindsay, Stevie and Mick make a FM gig worthwhile, even if you have to pay a week's wages to get a seat rolleyes

Whoever's going, have fun! smiley I've never been let down by the band in concert.

I did go to a Stevie Nicks solo gig once......no, twice.....

The first one was at the US Festival in 1983 when her career was on fire. Waddy Wachtel was on guitar, another great onstage presence. And Lee Sklar on bass. Great gig.

The second time I saw Stevie was about 20 years later, and she and the band were pretty bad. It was a small venue, Stevie had broken her leg and was in a thigh-high cast. She could barely move........but, the SHOW MUST GO ON, right? I would have rather had my ticket refunded for that gig.
