Does it matter?? It's good to be proud of your children. grin

From what I heard on their website (or was it MySpace?) they are very good. I'd love to hear them live - let me know when you next go to one of their gigs and I'll see if I can make it too.

See the G2 Redhill thread!! grin grin grin

That's very kind of you, Heather. They currently play with a few bands but they're top of the bill at the next one!

Pendragon gig last night was awesome. Support band were Abel Ganz who despite not having a keyboard player and drummer did a 40 minute acoustic set and they were fabulous with a huge Genesis feel when 2 6 string and a 12 string all played together.

Pendragon came on to a full house and played almost 3 hours. We got the entire new album plus:

Master of Illusion
Back in the Spotlight
The Wishing Well
The Last man on earth
The Voyager
2am
Walls of Babylon
Nostradamus (Stargazing)
Breaking the Spell

Nick and the band were on fire and Scott Higham must be one of the most talented drummer I have ever seen. He was amazing and hardly broke sweat but he was enjoying himself so much.

Great to hear Pendragon are on good form.

I haven't seen them live for many years, but hope to rectify that soon.

Thanks Squidgely! They played really well. I'm very impressed with the songwriting. The lead singer has great talent there! They are all very focussed and determined. They deserve to do well.

I wouldn't mind popping along to see the Strawbs again. They're on at the Robin this Wednesday. I might just go!

They did a short acoustic set as support to Rick Wakeman at Hampton Court and were great.

If I could escape during the week, I'd join you. smiley
