Not liking his music is not the same as not respecting him. Any artist deserves the respect of not having people walk out on his performance or deliberately showing up only after he's done. Consider it my own personal code of behaviour as an audience member. smiley

The Enid at Cadogan Hall in London on 2 April. Final performance by Robert John Godfrey as a member of the band although he may do the odd guest spot. Going to be filmed too.

Should be quite the show. Apparently RJG has Alzheimer's. He's only 68 years old. What a shame. Brilliant man.

My brother Roger went to the Steve Hackett gig last night in Oregon. Roine Stolt was doubling on bass and guitar. He said it was fantastic. I'd love to hear Roine and Steve perform together. Roger called me a couple times so I could listen over the phone. The sound over the phone wasn't great, but I got to hear Star of Sirius, Shadow of the Heirophant and Ace of Wands. Steve was in top form. Amazing! cool

Not a gig as such but off to see War of the Worlds at the Dominion Theatre on Monday. Cast includes David Essex, Jimmy Nail, Heidi Range, Daniel Bedingfield and Liam Neesom. Jeff Wayne is conducting the orchestra and the band includes Chris Spedding on guitar. Should be quite an interesting night and we got front row seats fo 20!
