Unfortunately Henry was right. Steely Dan put on a horrible performance and this tour should definitely be skipped.

First of all, they had the misfortune of having a really tight band, including a great horn section and a fantastic drummer. Who really wants to go to a concert to hear performances this skilful and full of energy?

Secondly, what were they thinking when selecting the setlist? Who really wants to hear stuff like My Old School, Peg, Aja, Hey Nineteen, Reelin' in the Years, Bodhisattva, and Kid Charlemagne?

It was such a waste of my time. Thanks Henry for the warning. wink

Pendragon at the Bergkeller, Reichenbach on October 15th. Support will be Gary Chandler from Jadis, another band, I really love. Looking forward to that.

I did. Sat at the back right in front of the sound desk as it was a bit loud up the front and I was knackered!

Not Sting & Paul Simon! They're playing Manchester Arena together in April, but itís £137 for a ticket in blocks that cost £45 for Peter Gabriel in 2013 & Morrissey in 2012! Thatís just profiteering angry

Pete

Hi Pete, let us know how it goes please. We're going to see this show in Salisbury on 20 Sept.

Bit annoying really, our local newspaper bigged up the Queen Extravaganza by printing that Brian May, Roger Taylor and Spike Edney would all be there as it's their project. So we bought tickets pronto. But in the next week's paper they printed an apology, saying those guys won't be there at all.

Anyway, by then we'd bought our tix so we thought we might as well give it a go. Hope it's worth it.......
