Buenas Dias Paloma! The gigs next year are as it stands

Wembley
The Wembley gig has sold out(with Girls Aloud as the support aswell,Damn! rolleyes grin)There are still tickets available for the other two dates again with a suprising choice for support act in Jay Z! shocked

Rather strange support acts for these gigs...IMO if Coldplay wanted a girl group as support, then the Sugababes would be a far better choice than Girls Aloud!

I donīt know any of those bands, but the supporting band in Madrid was awful , imo. ( Albert Hammond jr. )

Well, my trip to Oslo on 23 Jan is kaput as they say in Berlin. My Norse friend wanted me to go and see Marillion on 14th Jan as he preferred that to Pineapple Thief, Gazpacho and Airbag on 23 Jan. Slightly annoyed as if he was coming to visit me then I would have made the effort to go along to accompany my friend even if I was not a big fan of the bands and also take in the Marillion gig too. I am not going to stand in the venue on my own and cannot get time off to go to Oslo on 14th to see Marillion. As Ned Flanders would say darndiddlydarn

Not having much of that bud as first the Sylvan gig was cancelled due to the promoters going bankrupt and now this - ah well, there is more in life to worry about but it would have been nice to see 3 super bands on the same bill. Maybe next year when Airbag release their debut full length album.

Hey ! well, it is fantastic to read you enjoyed illegal alien. I went to the concert accompanying my son, as I said before, I didnīt feel like going but to be honest, I really enjoyed too. We were near one of those mini stages ( on the right side of the main stage ) and it was very funny when they did that remix of God put a smile upon your face - Talk.

Yes, you can call me Squigely if you like. That's fine! smiley Glad you enjoyed the gig so much illegal alien. smiley They had mini stages at the sides of the stage which they moved onto sometimes. But they did a couple of acoustic songs ( 'The Scientist' and 'Death will never conquer' ) on a platform on the left side of the arena, right near the audience. I wasn't up there but got a good view of the band from the right side. We didn't get 'Green Eyes' at Sheffield though. Lovely song that, underrated I think.
