Quite brilliant after the initial 1/2 hour or so when the sound was not that great but they seemed to sort it out. They played a long set in front of about 150.
The support act (Demians) have some potential so i bought the CD. It is very good, but much better than the live version wink

thanks Demo

suprised Anthema would only draw 150! Over her ein the Netherlands they had like 4 gigs and all of them over 500 peeps attendance

Steven Wilson will mix and produce the upcoming album and says the material is the best they ever did - looking forward to that

Demains album is a great one - live reviews are indeed not so positive - esp as they have to recreate the album as a three piece with a new drummer!

Eric, I thought the drummer in Demians looked very nervous and i think they just need more rehearsals.

Anathema are a great band IMO, they played "hindsight" from their new album. Tremendous stuff, i'll be getting the album for sure.

Next up Marillion tonight! Really looking forward to that.

ah let me know how they were - I would hope they also do some up-tempo stuff, seems like the band is under-utilised a bit - esp Rothery's wonderful guitar playing not being used as much - have fun!
