Exceptional gig! cool Ten times better than last year's Carpet Crawlers gig. The first one I saw was awesome, but this one blew it right out of the water with an incredible setlist, note-perfect music and dazzling, highly varied light effects. A major improvement since last year. One of the best, if not the best gig I have been to so far. cool

SETLIST:

Watcher Of The Skies
I Know What I Like (In Your Wardrobe)
The Cinema Show
Firth Of Fifth
The Musical Box
Supper's Ready
More Fool Me
The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway
Fly On A Windshield/Broadway Melody of 1974
Here Comes The Supernatural Anaesthetist
Mama
Abacab
No Son Of Mine
One For The Vine grin
Ripples
Domino
In The Cage/The Raven
Afterglow
Los Endos
The Knife
The Carpet Crawlers

Also picked up a Carpet Crawlers DVD from the souvenir stand. smiley

I was thinking of going watching Knifeworld tonight in Manchester but I'm going to give it a miss.

Might go to see Tame Impala on Thursday.

I'd choose Fragile every time, Worth every penny just to see Dr. Bob (Robert Illes) play guitar.

Yes, Lesley (GabbleRatchet) said that Fragile are great. However, I'm not that big a Yes fan apart from Going For The One. If my Yes-hating mate can make Who's Who, we'll go and see them. Failing that, I will go and see Fragile on my own. wink

That will be quite a show. Let us know what you think. Preferred them when Tarja was in the band but I am sure it will be a great concert. In fact Anette Olzon has also just left and is being replaced by Floor Jansen for the rest of the tour. Enjoy
