Going to see a local cover band tonight called Quintessential, named because they play quintessential rock music hits. The lead vocalist/guitarist in the band was my acoustic guitar teacher from 2008 to 2011. I will post the setlist after I get back tonight. smiley

A really great show. cool Several predictable choices but also some nice surprises in the setlist too. smiley Knowing they would do a lot of songs, I took a notebook with me in order to write down the entire setlist so I wouldn't forget any of them. wink

Thank you. smiley It was a very nice evening. I went with my family, my best friend and his family. It was in a cosy, peaceful restauarant location which made it a very enjoyable gig indeed. smiley

Karnataka at Manchester Academy this Friday.
I may have a spare ticket as my friend who was coming with me has ended up in hospital and will be unable to come. The good news is that he's getting better and maybe home by then.
