Voodoo Room, Saturday 9th June, Ruislip. They are a covers band who play the music of Jimi Hendrix and Cream - I suppose that "Voodoo Room" is "Voodoo Child" crossed with "White Room". wink

Great set list but are you sure that they really played the whole of SOYCD, i.e. parts 1-9 lasting 25+ minutes? shocked If they did, then that must have been awesome indeed. cool I ask because I have seen 7 different Pink Floyd tribute bands play over 20 concerts between them and not one has played the whole of SOYCD in one go. They all nearly open with it but generally play parts 1-5 and then "tack on" part 6 or part 7, whichever of the later parts includes lyrics. I saw the real Pink Floyd on The Division Bell tour and am pretty certain that they played SOYCD like this. Even when I saw the Australian Pink Floyd play the whole of the Wish You Were Here album, they played it in album order, i.e. SOYCD (parts 1-5), middle 3 songs and SOYCD (parts 6-9). Sorry to sound a bit pedantic, but I am intrigued as to what you actually saw and heard. wink
