Brilliant live. I'm not a big Bryan Adams fan but they're excellent. Really get the crowd going.

We took the mickey out of the bass player for his similarity in looks to someone who used to be in Coronation Street(he played a murderer married to Gail Tyldesly or something.Richard Hillman?) I don't know if he's still in the band though.

I'm sure you'll enjoy it

I saw Bryan Adams at Wembley Arena and at MK Bowl (supporting ZZ Top) back in the early 90s and he was an excellent live act back than.

It all seemed to go down-hill once he had that massive soppy hit and he realised that dippy ballads was the way to fill stadiums.

I quite like Bryan Adams and own a few CDs and LPs by him. IMHO his best album is Into The Fire, which is the "forgotten" album between Reckless and Waking Up The Neighbours. I'm sure that a tribute band to his band will be good, as were the couple of Bon Jovi tribute bands I've seen. But Bryan Adams and Bon Jovi are quite cheesy, Bon Jovi probably more so. grin

I don't particularly like Bon Jovi or Bryan Adams but I've seen tributes to both - the Bon Jovi Experience, the lead singer of which thought he actually was the man himself and Waking Up the Neighbours. The only B.A. song I like is Run to You.

Next gig? Who knows? Depends if anything crops up between now and Charterhouse.

I recently saw a tribute band called The Adams/Jovi Experience and I'm wondering if it was the same band. I didn't rate the band. The Adams material wasn't as well done as the Bryan Adams Experience and the Bon Jovi songs didn't impress me at all

I've seen them advertised and it always struck me as odd that they would tribute 2 bands/artists both of whom have enough material for individual tribute acts. Other odd tribute combinations are The Hamsters (Jimi Hendrix and ZZ Top tribute shocked) and Fire And Water (Free/Bad Company and Led Zeppelin tribute shocked).

Good band and the lead singer was excellent, having the voice and looks to be a very convincing "groover from Vancouver". smiley When I saw the stage setup, I was worried because there was clearly no keyboard player. I had visions of the piano on, for example, Heaven and (Everything I Do) I Do It For You, being played by MacBook or Windows Laptop. angry But as it was they played the most obvious keyboard parts on acoustic/electric guitar and it kind of worked. smiley Predictably, all bar a few songs were from Reckless and Waking Up The Neighbours and they played nothing from the excellent Into The Fire. sad Still, the comparatively small audience had a good time and I would go and see them again. smiley
