Wish I could go, Quo's one of my favourite rock bands. They're one of those bands where I haven't actually explored their discography beyond their best of (Pictures: 40 Years of Hits), but that's good enough for me. The best of is all I really need because it has so many excellent songs on it. Songs like What You're Proposing, Down Down, Whatever You Want, Ice in the Sun and Mystery Song, etc are major favourites for me, all probably in my top 100.

Digbeth. That's where I'm going to see Marillion next Tuesday. Never set foot in the place before!

I have them all and a lot of critics brand Quo as very samey but I find all their albums have a different sort of direction. On play.com a lot of the remasters are 3.99, I would recomend Hello, Quo, On The Level, Whatever You WAnt, Never Too Late, Rock Til YOu DRop, Heavy Traffic, The Party Aint Over Yet. Also the new album Quid Pro Quo is a good shout to cool

Gimme Gimme Gimme (Abba tribute grin), Wednesday 28th December, Ruislip
Who's Who (Who tribute), Friday 30th December, Ruislip

My mate now can't make this gig so I probably won't be going. sad However if any other forum members are going I could be tempted. smiley I have seen Echoes 3 or 4 times now, they are very good and most of their gigs - probably this one included - are *** FREE ***! shocked cool Of course you still have to pay for the drinks. wink
