First time there for me for live music. I think I went once before after a rugby match at Twickenham. Yes, it is strange that they don't play Echoes. From memory, the setlist in album chronological order was:

One Of These Days
Time
The Great Gig In The Sky
Money
Us And Them
Brain Damage
Eclipse
Shine On You Crazy Diamond (Parts 1-5 & 7)
Have A Cigar
Wish You Were Here
Pigs (Three Different Ones)
In The Flesh
The Happiest Days Of Our Lives
Another Brick In The Wall (Part 2)
Mother
Young Lust
Hey You
Comfortably Numb
Run Like Hell
The Dogs Of War
Sorrow

So clearly AMLOR is their favourite post-Wall studio album. wink I semi-drunkenly requested Atom Heart Mother but was turned down. grin

Sounds great!

Was there a good old Whitton crowd in?

Where do the band set up?

You live Shepherd's Bush was don't you?

The pub was packed and the audience was great - loads of singing along to Wish You Were Here. cool The band played and set up in one corner of the pub. It was a bit of a squeeze, but the audience members at the front stand about a foot away from the band. I actually live in Harrow but fortunately my mate doesn't mind driving (and drinking shandies) once in a while when the gig isn't local. smiley And I forgot to say, but this gig - and their one in Petersham last year - were *** FREE ***. shocked cool

Yay! Me too.

You'd better NOT hide again this time Martin. You've seen the pictures of me now, so there's no excuse for not saying hello.

U-Rhythmix tonight in Redditch or somewhere rolleyes wink

This is the Eurythmics tribute band that Oz founded and played in for 5 years, (before we met!) and they are folding the band and this is their farewell gig!
So all the past members are going to be getting on stage to do a few numbers each.

So i finally get to see Oz drum in anger so to speak!!

Looking forward to it smiley
