Only one gig in my diary for this year and that will be the Pendragon gig in May. Although it is standing, it will not be crowded like the Marillion and Hackett gigs at the Ferry plus last year's experience was superb with a well behaved audience of around 300 people. Tempted to go early and get a seat cool

Hey Ned, I saw Pendragon a few months back in Leamington Spa. It was packed out with Sylvan supporting. I will remember the gig for great musicianship from BOTH bands and a wonderfully behaved audience. smiley

Great gig last year and a superb audience. Just a pity that most of the others were spoiled by inconsiderate a-holes who are happy to spend a lot of money to get drunk and talk throughout the gig. Oh well, I have calmed down since last year haha. Such a shame you won't be around in Scotland to accompany me to the gig in May. cry cry

I just found out that my wife and I have won 2 passes to go to the meet-and-greet after the Transatlantic gig in April. My name was put in a raffle.

Of the 600 people going to the gig, 197 wanted to go the meet-and-greet. Only 50 individuals will be allowed in, and we're 2 of them. Yahoo!

We'll get to meet Neal, Mike, Pete, Daniel and Roine!

I'll probably get tongue-tied, but hey, how many chances do you get to meet this caliber of musician? We'll be having free pizza and soda too.

We got to meet Neal at his solo show a couple years ago. Great guy, very nice. The boy is Neal's son, Will.

Haven't a clue about them, Col! I've never heard of any other Supertramp tributes so that's why I'm making the effort to go. Haven't listened to my Supertramp vinyl for ages! The Hammonds are going too. smiley

As it stands my next gig will be Iona at North Hykeham, near Lincoln on My 22nd.

The weekend after it's Martin Turner's Wishbone Ash at Knaresborough.

Investigating the High Voltage festival in July. The lineup gets better and better and it started excellent!
