Bought three more albums from the iTunes Store. Can't be bothered to get the covers so I'll just list them.

Anathema - Distant Satellites
Deep Purple - Purpendicular
Jethro Tull - Roots To Branches

That's enough music for now. I've decided that I'm not going to buy Kasabian's new album. I don't think I'd enjoy it. undecided

I canít say Iím enthused with it. ďStevieĒ is the best track, & a few of the others will sound good live, but itís not up to any of their previous albums.

(Coldplay - Ghost Stories)

Just bought this CD. Have to say on first listen I was incredibly disappointed with it. No desire to listen to it again yet - maybe that will change with time.

Also bought Imeda May, Tribal - enjoyed that far more.

I think that Coldplay's Ghost Stories requires a few listens to get into. I quite enjoy it now, even though it's no A Rush Of Blood To The Head. wink

Or Parachutes, X&Y and Mylo Xyloto. grin However, I'm not sure if I like it more or less than Viva La Vida. That album still has yet to truly grab me.

If you've not heard the IZZ album yet, you're in for quite a treat. For me, it's their best album yet. I've seen IZZ perform in concert two times and they blew me away each time. Tom and John Galgano are wonderful on keys and bass respectively, and Paul Bremner on guitar is so unique and plays with such brilliance. There are two drummers and two female backup vocalists as well who round out the IZZ sound.

I recently bought their IZZ Live DVD, which is a performance from 2007 at NearFest. It's shot well and the band is in great form. Highly recommended. cool

I and Thou is absolutely sublime. I hear something new every time I listen to it. John Galgano, bassist for IZZ is also on this album, as well as Jason Hart from Renaissance/Camel. Great stuff! smiley

One of my favorite albums ever. As with most XTC albums, there are a couple of tunes that do nothing for me, but the majority of them are just brilliant. cool
