Hidden track on the CD, Guitar Man (Cover of the Bread song, one of my favourite songs of all time) recorded 1992. Hit rewind after starting the disc (Note: This will not work on all CD players, you might have to try it in more than one!)

Cool!! Love that song too. Unfortunately, I purchased the mp3 file. Great album though.

Bread was my first concert, in 1973.

Glad you like them, Carl. At times, they sound much like Triumvirat who I like very much.

Sorry, just had to be done. We always welcome the season with this album. Beautiful Celtic sounds and yuletide classics old and new.

All of Haken's material is amazing. 'Restoration' EP and 'The Mountain' are fabulous.

The song "From The Beginning" is near perfection. Absolutely sublime.

This album should also be in my top 20 1970s albums, but don't know who'd I'd kick off the list to put them in there. It would probably tie with Hackett's 'Acolyte' album.

I was alarmed at the enormous level of musical skill presented on that album - it left me shaking with wonderment. shocked It instantly surpassed every Threshold album I've ever heard. The difference between the two bands? Threshold mostly relies on the same style for almost every song they've ever made, thus their albums become repetitive and seem to lack identity, while all of the tracks on Aquarius sounded engaging, varied and constantly surprising, showing that the band worked incredibly hard on it. It was a truly euphoric experience. cool

Not to badmouth Threshold of course, I know they're a popular prog metal band, I'm just not that big on them anymore - and even less big on them now I've heard that Haken album. That, to me, is what dual prog rock/prog metal should be. And the death growls - they actually worked, and worked well! shocked
