I just listened to it... I kind of see what you mean, it's rather pleasant, but I don't see how it's "cute".

It's just the lyrics, they're so childishly romantic and cheeky. smiley

I SHOULD be listening to Beyond the shrouded Horizon - Steve Hackett.

Went to get the disc, put disc one in the player and:

"That's not Loch Lomond!" It was, in fact Chamber of 32 doors. I'd picked up GR2 by mistake. My excuse? Our dog is ill and I'm with her, but she has liver disease (might be infection, might be tumour, we don't know, on antibiotics and hoping it's the first!). One of the symptoms is she is having seizures, a bit like epileptic fits, but accompanied by the most upsetting whimpering/crying. Vet assures us she is "out of it" during them and not aware at all, but it's bloody horrible for us. Has happened a couple of times when out for a walk, passers by would probably call the RSPCA if there had been any.

I guess that shows how out of it I am too. Selecting the wrong Steve Hackett CD! Jeez!!!

I thought a bit of music would lift my mood and help settle her, as she is used to music being on. Might have helped, she'd had about 9-10 seizures before I put it on, maybe 1 or 2 since.

That is really sad. Much like when I lost my little friend in 2006 when he had a serious stroke and had been fitting for weeks. Thoughts with you at this time.

I guess that's why I love Newton Faulkner's Let's Get Together - it's the weakest non-interlude track on its album IMHO but it's so damn fun. smiley

Cheers all. Got R-kive on in uninterrupted mode on my Walkman (all 3 discs in one folder). She seems a little better today. Connected? huh
