This is a great album, but not up their standards. I feel the way about Beardfish as I do with The Flower Kings: A bad Beardfish album is better than most albums by any other band. The musicianship is great, but on this one they have decided to put the lyrics/vocals above the music. For me, that's a negative. The quality of the music is still there, but it's not as apparent on this album as it has been on, let's say, their 'Mammoth' album.
