Thanks to genesis1964 for the heads up on this album. It's very good. The sound is similar to TAAB2 in that the same musicians play on it. I'm not so much into Ian's spoken word lyrics that he throws in there now and then, but the mix of folk rock and classic prog will always be a delight.

As with all great music, it takes time to appreciate. TFK have so much going on in their music, it takes a few listens to sometimes realize where they are going.

My first experience with The Flower Kings was Paradox Hotel, about seven years ago. I liked it instantly. Since then I've picked up five or six other TFK albums, most excellent, some okay, and I am gradually acquiring more. smiley

My first introduction to TFK was their DVD "Meet The Flower Kings." It's a wonderful intro to the band.
