It's a good 'un too! cheesy

There aren't really any traditional Christmas songs on the album, and they're all played in typical JT fashion - lots of flute; very nice any time of year cool

After several years I still find this a difficult album to listen to. I think that the tracks Fallen Angel, Fugitive Motel and Not A Job are superb. However, the other tracks range from pretty boring to plain weird. There are quite a few forumites here who are much bigger fans of Elbow than me. I wonder what their opinions are of Cast Of Thousands. undecided

I've deleted one track from this album from my computer - Snooks. Mainly because of the "AHHHH". Turns a poor album into a middling album by removing it, and it is still barely as good as the albums from LOTFW onwards. COT is easily the band's worst, in my opinion.
