Just wondering slowdancer, is this a good album? I like the soundtrack album Obscured By Clouds, so I'm thinking of checking this out, simply because I'm curious. I mean, I picked up both AHM and OBC at random in HMV when I decided to get into Pink Floyd, not knowing I would end up very much enjoying both, so maybe I might enjoy this album too... smiley

For me it is divided in two. The first half of the album includes some very nice songs, that really can compete with Pink Floyd`s general output of that time. As I know, that you like Atom Heart Mother very much, I think, you will love these, too. Cirrus Minor, The Nile Song, Crying Song, Green Is The Colour and Cymbaline are definitely great. Much of the remaining material doesn `t really work on its own. Typical soundtrack music. But you may have a different opinion about that. All in all, I would recommend to get the album. I think, it will suit your taste.

Alan has never sounded better, Noni. This album is 5 songs, acoustic versions, that Alan has sung throughout his career with Pallas and Abel Ganz, as well as a couple from his solo career.
