I was watching the Divisional round of the NFL playoffs and didn't get to see the Prime Time airing of Homeland Season 6 earlier tonight.

Thank goodness for DVR's and I think I'll do a little late night catching up. smiley

The New York Football Giants of course! Or as we say around here....is there any OTHER team? wink

They got beat last week but this year was a step in the right direction and I'm looking forward to bigger and better things next year. smiley

Loved the first two episodes this year-particularly last weeks. Looking forward to tonight's/days

What did you think? At least the first 2 episodes of this series had their good moments but the last one..... oh dear! Except for the point just before Sherlock's flat blew up, when it all too briefly turned into Frasier. smiley

Endeavour on the other hand (1960s detective drama now - like Sherlock - in its 4th series) continues to be thoroughly good entertainment & far less unbelievable, & even continues to throw in the occasional Genesis reference. Last week’s came when someone had to restart a prototype computer, provoking the question: “So you switch it off & turn it on again?” wink

Not as good as the first two but still 1000 times better than the rest of the shite on tv atm.

Interesting. I hate to tell you this, but I'm a Packer fan (from Wisconsin, not a bandwagon fan).

That's fine. I have lots of respect for that team and organization. I save my deep seeded animosity for the other NFC East teams. smiley

Yup, you don't want to get on Eric's bad side when it comes to his sports team loyalties... grin

Oh, so you're probably really happy with the Packers since they beat the Cowboys on Sunday.

Oh yeah. As much as I was bummed with the Packers the week before, I was thrilled with them last Sunday. Them beating the Cowboys definitely eased the pain of the Giants losing a bit.

I don't usually find happiness in others misery but that doesn't apply to the Cowboys, Eagles, or Redskins losing. They can never get beaten badly enough or lose enough for my liking. wink
