We have had what we call puente (bridge) since last Wednesday. May 1st was Worker Day -funny we celebrate this day considering we have more than 6.200.000 unemployed people in the current moment- May 2nd was a local holiday in Madrid, many people took Friday off and kids hadn't school either .... and then Saturday and Sunday.

Hopefully everything will return to normallity, so to speak, tomorrow! grin

I just looked in my email 'spam' folder out of curiosity.

Good job I did, as it's my lucky day!

Apparently my email address has won 3 million in the 'BBC lottery draw'. There's a good use of the licence fee!

Also the 'newly appointed director of the Zenith Bank Benin Republic' contacted me to say four chaps turned up at his office today, so naturally he asked his secretary to lets (sic) them in, presumably having nothing better to do. They claimed they'd arrived to collect the $10.5million 'credited into atm mastercard' which rightfully belongs to me.

Gee I sure am glad I looked in my junk mail folder as otherwise I'd have missed out on these wonderful opportunities..... rolleyes

Wonder how many folk still fall for these scams?

It's a shame that there's no reprise of the third part of Supper's Ready later in the song. The third part is so brilliant, easily the best part to me, but it's over really quickly. sad They could have made an eighth part of the song that brings back Part 3, with the seventh part gradually transitioning into it. I've never really liked the ASAEIE(AMF) fade-out to be honest.

It's typical that the day after my first exam is overcast and damp, after having so much sun beforehand... rolleyes

One last thing (sorry for the triple post grin): this week I seem to have put too many albums on my iPod. I still have 18 albums to listen to by the end of Friday. I'm going to make it into a challenge - to listen to everything left to listen to on my iPod by then! grin

If I can't do it, I'll listen to the rest over the weekend instead of my usual random shuffle/playlists. tongue
