Rather sleepy this morning when some saleswoman called on phone. She said, "Hello, how are you today?". I said, "Tired". She promptly put the phone down. Really! Glad she went, but finding they're getting ruder these days! rolleyes

She's not the brightest bulb I ever met, but man that was a stinger.

I suck at spinning big time, can only do about 20 minutes before I crap out, and I'm drenched in sweat. My cardio must be weak, so I must conquer!!!

Hang in there Lily. I know I've told you this before but cardio is real important for my well being. I can miss a weight workout or two but if I miss too much cardio, I feel the effects of that.

I know you don't like it but the biggest key IMO is finding a cardio workout that you like. Then it's not bad at all. I do a HIIT ( high intensity interval training) one, and love it. I turned my daughter onto a couple of different ones, and once she found one she liked, she was good to go. Most of them aren't boring like ordinary same ol same ol cardio routines. Look into them and maybe you can find a 15-20 minute one that works for you. The ones I do are longer but I've been doing them for a while now.

If you want some suggestions just let me know.

Thanks Eric. I've been doing Tabata training, I like that. I'm thinking there may be a thyroid problem with me as I'm working my ass off and not losing any of the weight that I gained on my trips. Going to try some kelp and iodine.

Never heard of a Spinning class instructor. It sounds like some aged crone with a wheel & wool from Sleeping Beauty’s castle.

There’s definitely something scary in the way she’s bearing down on you: "Get spinning or else!" grin
