Only four people out of the one hundred polled by "Pointless" knew that the song performed by both Nina Simone and Muse is Feeling Good. shocked

Yeah, though to be honest, the album is far from one of my favourite prog albums despite its high status as one of the best ever. It has some wonderful moments, including the entirety of The Three Fates (which is easily the best track IMHO) but it's also rather patchy and awkward at times. Mainly, the song Tank, which is a complete mess to my ears. Lucky Man is nice, though it doesn't really work as a closing track, and Take A Pebble is all over the place (though interesting at times). Lastly, The Barbarian and Knife-Edge are merely okay. I give the album a so-so score of 6/10.

shocked

I was quite surprised yesterday when only 14 out of 100 people knew that the family that Mary Poppins stayed with was the Banks family. The line "Jane and Michael Banks" has been ingrained in my memory for as long as I can remember cheesy

Was it you or was it me? Or was it he or she?

NB: despite what my name may suggest, I was not born in 1972 tongue

I loved that movie thirty years before you were born... but I wouldn't have remembered Banks family.

My wife has decided for me that we will be attending our son's girlfriend's college graduation... five hours away. Okay, they've been together for five years, and she may eventually become my daughter-in-law, but still....

Absolute Radio have been playing this song quite a lot recently:

I really like it! smiley A sort of cross between Coldplay and Ed Sheeran perhaps, so let that be your guide. wink
