The construction workers, who are still busy working on our home extension, have just realised that I have a brother. James spends so much time in his room nowadays that he hadn't made any contact with them since they arrived here to start work last week, so all this time they assumed I was an only child! laugh

From yesterday's i newspaper:

Apparently age, gender and wealth made no difference in an experiment by "Reader's Digest" magazine to find the world's most honest cities. Reporters dropped 12 wallets in each place containing a mobile number and the equivalent of 30. Here are the world's most saintly and sinful cities according to the number of wallets returned:

  1. Helsinki - 11 wallets
  2. Mumbai - 9
  3. Budapest; New York - 8
  4. Amsterdam; Moscow - 7
  5. Berlin; Ljubljana - 6
  6. London; Warsaw - 5
  7. Bucharest; Rio De Janeiro; Zurich - 4
  8. Prague - 3
  9. Madrid - 2
  10. Lisbon - 1

The bottom two might provide food for thought for supernatural! grin

Love Sredni, wherever he is !

He and I used to chat on MSN
messenger years ago, I used to tell him honestly about my life and how crazy it was at that time, and after months he told me that's he thought I was making it all up!!!

The original What Are You Listening To Right Now? thread will likely be pushed back further and further into the dead thread pages as time goes by. It's a shame because that thread chronicles the listening history of so many people here. undecided Oh well. It served its purpose, and I might revisit it in the future if I ever get nostalgic. smiley

I think that Conforums should make a change so that instead of there being direct links to each and every page, there should just be:

  1. A first page link
  2. A previous page link
  3. A next page link
  4. A last page link
  5. The text "Goto page" with a selectable pull-down list of all pages

That would save so much screen space.
