I watched Sharknado 3 on Thursday. It was so bad I had to watch it all.
Last night I watched Foxcatcher, which was a decent film, based on a true story, apparently. Can anybody shed any light on that?

I saw 'The Age of Adeline' a few days ago, was ok. Better than I thought, but that wasn't very much...

Tremendously entertaining. Just a tad slow at times, so I can only give it an A-minus. cool

I went to see the new James Bond film,Spectre,at the cinema today, while waiting for my car to be serviced. The first time I've been to a cinema to watch a film for a while and it was very enjoyable. They had a selection of prices, one being V.I.P. which seemed to consist of being able to sit in a pvc chair huh

Saw Spectre last night and loved it.

Daniel Craig has become my favorite all time Bond in a very short time and if there has been a better Bond "Baddie" That Christoph Waltz, I have yet to see him.

I do think it may be the last time Daniel does a Bond film though.....

Best wishes

There are some icons one shouldn't mess with in my opinion....Nothing to do with being racist or sexist but.....

Dr Who must always be male...

James Bond must always be a white male....

Sherlock Holmes must always be male...

It is just the way those characters have always be written....

However if a Woman was made Captain of the new Enterprise I would be pleased... wink

Idis is a superb actor and one of my favs but sorry he is not Bond in my view. I would have Tom Hardy as my choice for the next Bond...

Best wishes

I'd love to see Jai Courtney as Bond, for purely Australian reasons...

Terminator Genesys - despite the name of the film, it was bordering on bad to ok.

The character of Kyle Reese was totally wrong and far removed from the more intense and focused character in the original film. Sarah Connor meeting her 'son' who never a) been conceived b) gestated and created the 'mother/child' bond c) been born, yet her character is almost overwhelmed when she meets him...I know this is a fantasy film, but that scenario requires the kind of faith the Pope couldn't muster.

Sarah Connor and Kyle Reese act like a typical bickering couple throughout - Kyle Reese worshipped the ground she walked on and he's not likely to react like a petulant teenager when she turns out she doesn't wash dishes, or hoovers for a living...

I dunno...nice flashy CGI, lots of explosions, etc., but what the story required was a little bit of thought, which sadly it looks like it didn't get.
