Hi there

Looking at a couple of photos I took of Steve and Jo Hackett and realising that they were taken in my front room only two days ago.

Having the house to myself for the next 6 days.

I already played 'The Lamb' and 'And then there were three' all the way through very loudly.

I've been blessed with a wife who loves music and has an open mind when it comes to prog. She has a couple of demands though: 1. Vocals have to be good. 2. Has to sound like music.

Pretty reasonable demands grin

I`d say, that the music, Lily is listening to, while her person is absent, fulfills these criteria.

Thanks slowdancer, I think so.

My person likes Celine Dion and Barbara Streisand. To say we have different tastes is a slight understatement.

The good part is that he considers music to be a background thing, something to sing along to in the car, or an entertaining show. He's not passionate about it at all.

So I can play my music all I want and it doesn't bother him, the problem is he will say things like 'What's for supper Honey' in the middle of the Cinema Show instrumental or something, drives me nuts!!

So I usually play light stuff if he's here, or wait until he's out.

Could be worse. Could be during "Supper's Ready"!

(Or "Supper's Delight" or whatever it's called!)

If I said that to Dee while she was listening to something she likes I know what the answer would be. "Do it Yourself." grin
