Marrying my wife in Victoria, British Columbia 15 years ago, on June 19, 1999. We celebrated our anniversary yesterday. Rather than go out for dinner, like we always do, she made us a wonderful dinner of rigatoni with kielbasa, bell peppers and onions. Wow! Fantastic! Now, that puts a smile on my face smiley

Congratulations CoT on your anniversary.. smiley

Interesting. Italy is the one country that nearly always beats Germany in crucial football matches:

1970 World Cup semi-final
1982 World Cup final
2006 World Cup semi-final
2012 European Championship semi-final

wink

P.S. I know that England are s**t. undecided

I think Italy are a little too spoilt with success. Just my opinion of course.

Since England is now permanantly eliminated, does that mean that their match against Costa Rica is going to be cancelled? huh

My fault Noni. I didn't piece it together that Costa Rica winning meant England were out. I thought they had another game to try. 😕

Not sure why it puts a smile on the face, but okay. Anyway, I know very little about football because I've never been interested in it. To me, it's just people kicking a ball back and forth around a field; not very entertaining. Also, I found out that the match is still going ahead, even though England cannot possibly qualify. I guess it has to be played anyway as part of schedule. I hope England at least does well in their last match. smiley
