Well maybe it wasn't that easy. grin

I have been working out, so even though I've gained weight post Antigua which is uncomfortable and slows me down, I'm still strong, hoping it will even out eventually.

Oh it will even out, just keep at it. You must be putting on some muscle if you're feeling stronger. Muscle in turn keeps your metabolism stoked, and burns fat even at rest. The strength gained by adding even a little muscle will come around to equalling more energy. Seems obvious, but make sure you eat well, and get enough rest if you're working out regularly. Super important part of getting all the benefits out of a workout regimen. I'm sure you'll see your workouts payoff and you'll be feeling comfortable again in no time.

I hope so Eric. Having a hard time staying away from sweets mainly, every day I seem to have something I know is empty calories. Today it was a cheese danish. Could be worse I guess. undecided

You'll be fine Lily. If the sweets make you happy then I say go for it. If you're working out, you'll work off those calories. No sense depriving yourself, IMO. I know I have my guilty pleasures too. wink

Haha. Fortunately they're not all mental, or I might think it was me!

Met an interesting, normal, ( I think) woman on my train to Connecticut the other day. It made for a very enjoyable trip. Definitely worthy of a mention in this thread. grin

They all seem normal at first. grin

I was actually referring to the fitness level one keeps up when involved with one of the mental ones. lipsrsealed

Oh, I know what you meant alright. wink problem there is the stress relief and stress added always cancel each other out.

It's much nicer, and healthier too when I can keep my fitness level with a normal woman. grin

Now here in the UK (and the rest of the world too, I guess) you might just have noticed that there's been a bit in the news recently about someone called Kate having a baby.

There's a lot of speculation (well it fills up all those empty pages of a newspaper in the slow news summer months) about what the baby will be called.

My favourite suggestion, seen on an internet comment site, was (assuming the baby adopts the surname Windsor) would be 'Legoland'.

The thought of the heir to the throne being called 'Legoland Windsor' made me laugh out loud.

* For folk outside the UK or indeed outside of Berkshire, where I live, Legoland Windsor is a rather expensive 'theme park' devoted to parting you and your cash, through providing hours of endless queueing for rides on plastic brick themed attractions.

Have to admit though, the last time I went which is some years ago now, Miniland was pretty cool.
