What is the new camera?

I'm getting an old new camera.

A Pentax MX, from the early '80's! I've wanted one for years, and found a bargain one today. grin

VERY nice! B fancies one of those!

A friend of mine had the Pentax back in the '80's, and I always liked it, but had just invested in a Minolta outfit. I always told him I wanted first dibbs if he was selling, but he STILL won't part with it! rolleyes

I know this is off-topic but we don't have a smiley..... I want to get a digital SLR and the right filters and lenses so I can do some wonderul landscape pictures. I will probably work or another 4 years and then retire and I plan to spend much more time doing landscape photography as a hobby. If you guys have any recommendations please help, I am reading various books and I think I have an eye for composition but any advice would be appreciated. Cheers! smiley
